Please Review the Calendar to the Left and compare with the rates below. Give us a call and we can schedule your travel time to best match the different price ranges. There are some minimum night requirements and we are willing and able to negotiate for longer stays:

5/7/09 - 11/13/09: $300

11/14/09 - 11/30/09 $600

11/31/09- 12/10/09: $300

12/11/09 - 12/17/09: $650

12/18/09 - 01/03/10: $900

1/04/10 - 2/17/10: $650

2/18/10 - 2/22/10: $1100

2/23/10 - 4/18/08: $650

4/19/10 - 5/20/10: $300

Call us now to discuss last minute bookings for anytime during the summer - all rates are negotiable based on the amount of time you would like to book the house.
