This is a wonderful 5 Bedroom + Loft Vacation Home with amazing views of the Breckenridge Ski area.  You can enjoy the views from one of the two elevated decks on the 2nd or 3rd floor or from the outdoor hot tub adjacent to a wood and stone patio.  With the ability to sleep 16 (5 bedrooms and a private loft with 5 beds, 2 pull out couches and one double futon), one can enjoy the privacy of your large or small group less than 1 mile from downtown Breckenridge, Colorado.  Relax in front of the large screen television next to the fireplace while watching one of our many movies from the library.  Enjoy a game of billards while watching your favorite sporting event or movie in the recreation room.  Relax in the hot tub surrounded by aspen trees or enjoy the cedar walled sauna.  This house is not a 5 star luxury house nor do we price it as such.  This is a very nice house that is designed to handle large or small groups.  You will absolutely love the views of the Breckenridge Ski Mountain!  Contact us anytime to discuss your specific situation and reservation needs.  Enjoy your time in Breckenridge and enjoy the beauty of the mountains.
